Jeff Cohen, CEO

Drawing from a robust entrepreneurial background, Jeff has left an indelible mark on both large and small companies, including a noteworthy stint at IBM. His proven track record showcases successful launches and the accelerated growth of multiple ventures, elevating them into formidable 7 and 8 figure enterprises.
As the CEO of CarShare, Jeff spearheads a visionary initiative by strategically offering prime Airport and urban parking locations that facilitate seamless access for Turo hosts and renters.

Jeffrey S. Okyle, COO
Okyle spent his 35 year career in the transportation and mobility industry, having served as an officer of the largest parking operator in North America. He provided strategic parking operational and development advice for real estate projects involving more than $20 billion... in value. His business development background provides Car Share, LLC the ability to quickly grow its presence in markets across the United States.
Prior to his parking career, he was engaged in real estate investment and development throughout the U.S. He is a founding Board member of the City of Hope Los Angeles Real Estate Industries Council, Past President and Executive Board member of the Council and Past Advisor to Building Hope, its young leadership division. He was an Advisory Board member of BOMA Los Angeles, Co-chair of the TOBY Awards and Government Affairs Committees, and active in several Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) chapters, Team Beverly Hills alumnus, and AAMAN (African American Male Achievement Network). Jeffrey Okyle received his degree in Economics from UCLA, served as a lobbyist for the City of Los Angeles' Washington, DC office and an active member of Zeta Beta Tau fraternity.
Paul Roberts, CFO
Paul Roberts is the Chief Financial Officer of Car Share, LLC. Using 20-plus years of operating and management experience, Paul works to create better efficiency, synergy and outreach while providing developmental, strategic, and executable plans of action at multiple levels... for organizations desiring to maximize industry market share.
As principal of Roberts Statistical & Consulting Services, Paul offers results-oriented strategies, mentoring, and insights to optimize operations for legacy companies that are looking for 21st Century upgrades to improve profitability, increase sales growth, and future-proof systems for sustainability.
With years of company leadership in the distribution business, Paul worked in all aspects of a business's processes including finance, operations, customer service, marketing, IT, transportation, inventory management and procurement.
Tim Thornton, Sales
Throughout Tim's entire career he has been a successful serial entrepreneur, starting and selling several companies. While majoring in Business Marketing, Architecture and industrial design in college, Tim started his first company at 18 and sold it his senior year... while attending Azusa Pacific University for 7 times revenue. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing. This experience is what sparked his career; coupled with the privilege of having parents who were also entrepreneurs. His father was an architect and developer, and his mother started a school that is still in operation today. Tim was the Founder/CEO of a company that co-produced its own line of packaging materials that he supplied to numerous fortune 100 companies in the food and beverage industry. Tim has been actively involved in the design of numerous types of modern packaging and he owns the intellectual property on several types of products from adhesives, sporting goods to the home improvement industry.
Tim was a member of the “Strategic Growth Council” for almost 7 years. To sit on the council, you had to own and operate your own company that had CAGR of over 16%. This opportunity gave Tim the ability to coach other companies as well as to be coached by others with tremendous experience. Tim has helped a host of companies from the incubator stage to large fortune 100 and 500 companies. Tim is the Founder/CEO of BidaFi, inc. an automated bidding and financing platform in the home improvement industry. Tim has been the Founder/CEO of over ten companies.
Tim was in the top 100 of nationally ranked triathletes. He has been a health and fitness coach to several athletes that continue to compete. He continues to train every day and balance all of life's challenges. Tim's passions today are still running, swimming, mountain biking, skiing and weight training. He is the author of “Manage the Metrics” a coaching seminar to contractors and “Reasonable Energy Efficiency” a DIY book on how to make your home energy efficient.
Tim's greatest accomplishment has been to homeschool both his daughter and son through high school, alone, as they both started successful careers as teenagers.
The culmination of Tim's experience is the most rewarding. Tim is the Founder/CEO of Parentathon, Inc. a 501 (c) (3). Tim coaches mostly single fathers that are navigating divorce, single parenting, a spiritual life, business challenges as well as their health and fitness.
Stan Gelfer, Marketing
Stan Gelfer, is a seasoned technology expert with a passion for leveraging digital innovation to drive business growth. With a unique blend of technical expertise and marketing acumen, Stan has succesfully navigated the dynamic intersection of technology and business strategy....
Stan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and managed Information Technology departments at Disney, Warner Bros, Amgen, USC, Countrywide and other companies. While at these companies Stan developed and built several web based systems to streamline operations, reduce errors and reduce cost. He won several company awards for innovation.
Stan has accumulated over several decades of experience in web development in a variety of programming languages, including PHP, SQL, JavaScript, .Net and many others. He has a proven track record of designing and implementing responsive, user-centric websites and web systems that not only meet but exceed user expectations. Stan's expertise extends to e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and custom web systems.
Recognizing the symbiotic relationship between technology and marketing, Stan expanded his skill set to include digital marketing strategies. He has successfully executed and managed multifaceted digital campaigns, incorporating SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing to enhance online visibility and drive targeted traffic.
In addition to his corporate experiences, Stan has ventured into entrepreneurship, founding a tech start-up focused on developing innovative solutions for the marketing industry. This hands-on experience has provided him with valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by small businesses in the tech sector.
Gil Oviedo, Real Estate
Gil Oviedo is a seasoned professional with a diverse and solid background in operations, project management, engineering, and infrastructure management. His career has seen significant roles at Google, Blizzard Entertainment, NBCUniversal, Microsoft, and American Media,... where he has held diverse roles ranging from Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to Senior Critical Infrastructure Manager.
Beyond his tech-savvy roles, Gil is also a successful entrepreneur. He has invented and patented a consumer product and offers consultancy services, demonstrating his innovative mindset and expertise. He has also owned and operated a winter sports retail store, showcasing his business acumen and deep understanding of the consumer market.
In partnership with his wife, Gil is a Turo host, managing a growing fleet of four vehicles. His involvement in the car share market has expanded his business landscape, adding another feather to his cap of entrepreneurial ventures.
Richie Reza, Operations
Meet Richie, a driving force behind our premier car share service. Richie owns and runs one of thetop-ranking private rental car fleets on the West Coast with hubs strategically located in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and San Diego.... Leveraging a blend of carshare and direct rentals, they ensure maximum utilization of their vehicles.
Originally from Los Angeles, Richie brings a wealth of experience in the car share and rental business as well social media presence as a digital marketing specialist.
Richie is also a US veteran and Astrophysics graduate of SFSU. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is a world traveler, dedicated father, and avid car collector.
